Easily one of the best 2-player on one iPhone games!

Played this one over lunch. As you can tell from the screenshots, the graphics are great, and I will vouch for the smooth gameplay.

Game is OK against the AI - there are different levels of play which will unlock as you beat the prior level.

First you start bouncing the nukeball against your opponent's shield to weaken it, then you try to hit them with the nukeball or whittle down their strength with your shots.

You can't shoot that fast, so you have to time things well and decide if you want to be hitting the ball or your opponent (once their shields are down).

This really got fun when a coworker showed up to play bluetooth Flight Control and we played NukeBall for a while - two things were brought up: 1) it would have been easier to play with two devices and bluetooth, 2) on the same device, it would have been a big help to have firebuttons on both sides (so that each player could play righty or lefty...)

Then we starter reminiscing about playing CrossFire as kids, this game reminded us a lot of that...

Great game, I would recommend it to people who like to play multiplayer games on one device.
I like it

The description is accurate to what you're going to get. It's a simple Additing arcade game that'll provide quick gaming sessions. It's fun and entertaining. 5 stars if you come out with wifi/Bluetooth multiplayer
great in single player, best in multiplayer

easy to quick and play, ideal for short gaming sessions, but difficulty keeps you motivated. Hard seems to be really good, however not impossible to beat. I like concept in general, basically it is like pong, with different rules (you have to avoid ball :D) and some changes like protection field. As for multiplayer I agree with drelbs that shooting button should be on the other side for each player (not like now, they are on same side). Technically, game is well polished, controls, graphics and sounds are great.

As for improvements, it would be great to support bluetooth or even online multiplayer (not sure if it is possible though)

I can't speak for multiplayer but single player is just horrible. Free games are better than this.
Terrible

What more could you ask for in a mobile, multi-player arcade game? This game is ideal for the casual gamer, even more ideal for two casual gamers;) Very nice sounds and music top off crisp, clear graphics and animations. smooth gameplay and very friendly interface. Well worth a buck.

Not bad. Love the level of difficulty. Keeps me coming back for more. This game is pretty bare bones. Could do with some powerups or something. A couple of suggestions - bigger buttons/words for easier selection and a 'play again' option after game ends so you don't have to go through the menus again.
Awesome

inventive take on the pong formula with intriguing new elements. Good graphics. Perfect for two-player games, though the single-player experience could be extended.

Fun for a few minutes, then boring. That's pretty much it. If u hav a buck sittin around and need a little fun. Hope this helped. Add lefty/ righty flip for multiplayer. Add wifi battle and blu tooth.
Good idea but

The game isn't as bad as first seemed. It still could use some improvements but I kinda enjoy it now. So the rating goes up. For the style of the game it's still way too cramped.
