Except for a minor bug on sending invitations that I hope it's temporary, the app is ok, but basically what you can do is look at your network connections and search for more, and thats pretty much it.
You can't edit your profile, nor a a lot of great functionalities (groups, job search, answers) that the web version has. So, right now, this app can be resumed as a card holder. An online-neat-linkedinconta ctsonly cardholder.

I like the LinkedIn website, but, this app is pretty lame. Few of the website features are available in this app, plus the contact list scrolls way too slowly to be of any use at all. Back to the drawing board.

LinkedIn: great website, bad iPhone app. Scrolling performance is terrible, and user details do something terrifying when they recieve data from the server. Specifically, I'm referring to the way that the user details page automatically refreshes when it recieves data. This can cause serious drawing problems or hangs if I'm scrolling at the same time. Also, please change the status bar color. It's a one line fix. Love to chat with you more about this if desired. Contact info is at brethorsting.com

Just loaded the new update and now my linkedin app crashes everytime I open it. It was working fine before and really liked using it. Please fix this bug and make it stop crashing asap so I can go back to using it!! I give it a 3 star as I think the app is great when it works but they really need to get it together and fix the bugs!

Its pretty but still not a useful tool. Only reason I keep is bc I continue to hope someday an update makes it something useable. Otherwise, iPhone app offers nothing meaningful to my business or marketing efforts. Internet version much better even with it's functional limitations.

Unlike the site itself, you need to know a persons email address if you want them to join your network. Very lame and unprofessional to say the least. I will delete this application from my device upon completing my review.
