Description
mBox is a virtual fax machine and voice answering service. mBox will assign you a unique telephone number in any one of our locations which behaves just like a regular fax machine or message service. When your number receives a telephone call the mBox system determines if it is a fax or voice call and answers the call appropriately. Once the call is completed we convert the message and send it to you as an email. The mBox Fax & Voice client allows you to receive faxes and voicemails on your iPhone or iPod Touch. It allows you to view all your faxes and listen to all your voicemails and is free to use for mBox MessageIn subscribers. Subscribe now at http://www.mymbox.com/

FEATURES:

- View and manage your mBox Faxes on your iPhone or iPod Touch

- Listen to and manage your mBox Voicemail on your iPhone or iPod Touch

- Receive your faxes/voicemail anywhere

- Dispose of your fax machine!

I can get my signed purchase orders faxed to me on the go, also no need to give out my cell using the local voice mail service I get all calls directed to a local number that gets delivered to my mbox account. Hopefully more functionality to come.

My goal was simply to be able to send an attachment or image from my iPhone email to a fax number. I signed up for a MessageOut account got $1 free credit and sent away. They all worked fine. If you don't want to have to send an authentication reply email just setup a password and put it in your fax email like this. password=xxxx. It has to be on the very TOP line of the email though. Very pleased.
