The description fails to mention that the app is full of adds. Plus the app does not include the options to answer, just the question. They have a lot of work to do to get this one up and running correctly. Plus, only 3 "odd" categories: 1. Basic Golf Terms, 2. Dog Breeds, 3. Korean Advanced Vocabulary. Oh yeah..it also relies on an internet connection to load the adds and quetsions (without choice of answers, of course). It might actually be fun, if it actually worked. Needs more categories as well.

I have a bunch of useless applications on my phone. But this one is so great, I can study for test whenever i want without having to use flashcards. It is so cool because you get to put if you got it right or wrong and the ones that you get wrong go back into the deck until you get them right. I would recommend this to anyone!!

I could give a flying ( fill in the blank) about ads. Unless you have severe ADHD you can overlook them. I have not had any issues with this app freezing and you can delete the standard lists it gives with initial installation and search for stuff you ARE interested in. I have several lists and unless you're a major web design need you'll enjoy the app soley for its purpose and simplicity. The point is to learn not be astounded by graphics folks! :) I highly recommend this app. I'm just psyched that it was free.

This application works flawlessly for working with Assyrian Cuneiform. You can now review words and actually see the cuneiform script to write them and test your knowledge in 3 different sets. This is an expanding set and both pleasing to use and see. 3000-4000 YEAR OLD CUNEIFORM OUT OF MESOPOTAMIA

I am learning Spanish now and create my own flash cards in Google spreadsheets. I thought it would be hard to do, but no, it really is simple. The add on top is not as bad as I thought it would be. I would pay couple of bucks to remove the add though. No, I am not associated with these guys.

I was looking for a quick and free (or very cheap) flash card app to help me memorize some terms and acronyms for tests. This got the job done quickly. I was able to make my card sets fast and easy using Google documents, and got it into the app in seconds. Very smooth, and much better than trying to enter all that in on the iPod!
One bug that's immediately obvious is that after going through the cards and hitting re-shuffle to go through the cards again that I got wrong, every time, it would include ones that I already got right. I didn't really see this as being a big deal, as it was just more reinforcement, and kept me on my toes. Still, I don't think it's the way it's supposed to work, and it's not really ideal. Not a deal breaker.
Nice that you can download other people's shared card sets. Not really a lot that interested me, but to each their own. Hopefully, many more sets will be available in the future, and if this app is improved a bit, this could really be a great thing!
Note to the people sharing and naming their card sets things like "Chapters 1-3" and "Exam 1": this isn't really helpful. Either give your sets a meaningful name, or don't share them. Thanks.

This app is good... Tons of flash cards to download.. And you can create your own study cards. That's my favorite feature. It's so easy to create your own cards. Love this app. Great for school to study!!

This is GREAT, with a variety of subjects to add to your cards. Entertaining, helpful and informative. But, on some of the quizzes they give you an option for multiple choice and others they don't. And, there's no way to type in an answer. But, then if you get a red block signifying you've missed the question, it doesn't give you the correct answers. It asks if you want to retake the quiz for the ones you missed and gives you missed and sometimes gives you the ones you got right. No where does it give you the correct answers. I finally figured out that you just mentally guess those answers that you don't have a multiple choice selection for, tap on the screen and if it's right, you manually click right so it will keep track for you.

I dontliket his app at all. You should be able to make your own cards right from within the app, not have to go online everytime. WHERE can I find an app with blank cards that I can fill in myself with the questions and answers? Why do they all have to have stupid info in them already. I really don't care about dog breeds, or the table of elements. I want to be able to make my own cards for what I need to study!
