Potential security risks here

Having seen the recent excellent reviews of Soonr, I dowloaded the application for my Iphone and the required software from the Soonr web site.
I am not accusing Sooner of anything but it has me really concerned about security. Even though the program appears to be wonderful I was totally spooked when I read the full text of their user agreement containing words like (paraphrased here because I promptly got rid of the program) 'material / information we collect from your computer'.
Why would they be collecting information from anyone's computer? Sounds potentially very dangerous.
If this is not what Soonr or their legal team had in mind then it should be clarified, but the word "collect" and their requiring permission for that was enough to send me away Soonr than later.

Sync, view, print (no way, but YES!!!), share? (Oh my God YES!!!)
... Am I in HEAVEN? I must be, WAY too good to be true, but it is!!!
No special "do this, then do that", it just works without really any configuration.
This is what I would have asked the iPhone Santa for and now it's finally really here!
I've tried at least 3 other apps trying to do only some of what this app does and was frustrated and disappointed, but not with Soonr. And Cloud lets you send stuff from ANY computer/device and sync it to yours - ALL of them? YES! This app deserves 1,000,000 stars for doing what others have failed miserably to do. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Worth $20 bucks easily. I can finally send my documents by email or even a link with or without a password for others to download. Sales people - stand up and cheer! Work from anywhere, share it, send it, I have to stop. I'm sure I'm missing other fantastic things - oh, and print them to your desktop computer from anywhere using our iPhone. Apple will now sell millions more iPhones with the confidence and support of this very app. No small potatoes here. this is the whole enchilada we've been waiting for and more. No, I don't even know anything about software companies and have no idea who these people are, but everyone will or should soon. Steve Jobs should buy you an island or your own country. This is not an overstatement. Apple could not get their own "Cloud" to work this well. I still can't sync stuff with my iPhone to the $100 a year Cloud thingy (maybe someone has figured out how, I just gave up). This blows everything away and then some. Nobel Prize worthy and so is the iPhone, especially now!

I have tons of apps and really only use a few- this is one that I actually use since I work at multiple computers. I would give it six stars if the destop agent also worked under Linux.

If you update your file, Soonr automatically backs it up unlike the others. And, their support is great. I couldn't open a file, so I uploaded it. They sent some fixes to my desktop and all is well. Great program.

but they have horrible customer service. i have emailed twice and have never had a reply- weeks ago i might add. since it is made for the iphone, it seems like we could get iWork support too, no?
