I still can't log onto my ba.com account. What's the point of a mobile app if you have to use Safari and the standard web interface to shop flights and manage information? I love BA, but they can do better than this.

Was this designed by total amateurs, beginners that never used an iphone before? People, how do you think the user should REFRESH the data, the updates? Even if it refreshes itself, how do I know? I'm tracking a 12 hr flight, I am lucky if I see any movement on the progress bar every hr... I see no change in speed, altitude distance or anything else. And no way to refresh either! And the map showed fine before the flight took off, but after it does not load!!! Gave it 2 stars because at least it's a free app.

Cannot log in to check in; I have to use safari and log in on the regular website. This app is an absolute waste. As an Executive club member I expected more, but I guess this representative for the new BA: very client unfriendly.

I am flying BA next week and this is great. I appreaciate having easy access to flight status. This is my first time flying BA but they've been great at sending emails regarding preflight info, etc. Its little touches like these that make me feel less apprehensive about trying out a new (to me) carrier.

I'm yet to have a problem with this. Flight status information is always up to date, I can access timetables on the go and I can easily find my flights in three different ways. For those who find this pointless... Why would British Airways make an app for their competition? If you don't fly BA, why do you need to get a BA app? If you want one for your frequent airline, ask them to make one. Don't complain on here.
