"Absolutely the most user-friendly [app] out there for a parent." -- Fantasy Sharks Radio Podcast
GameTrac helps track stats for any activity. You can create your own game and stats, or track one of the included games, including basketball, tennis, running, and the gym.
GameTrac is for individuals striving to improve performance. Initially conceived for the parents of youth athletes, GameTrac has evolved into a versatile tool that conveniently captures and tracks ANY statistic.

Rebounds, touchdowns, 100 yard dash times, golf scores, workout details, shots on goal or even card games; GameTrac allows you to customize exactly what you want, and delivers both statistical and graphical analysis of the results. Organize your season match results by recording the score, opponent and location details of every game!

Share your results with seamless email, Twitter and Facebook integration.

The great thing about this app is that you can customize it to add new sports/games/stats to capture whatever you may need. Board games, workouts, sports, or even something as simple as tracking an average for how long you spend doing something (lets say you want to track the average time you spend commuting to work/school). Basically if you want to track a statistic for something (anything), this app can probably do it. Oh, and the Facebook and Twitter integration is great! Easy way to keep the friends and family updated while keeping track at the same time. I keep finding potential new areas that I can keep track of with GameTrac....track weight loss, blood pressure, time spent working on projects versus time spent in meetings. Things are easier if I have just one app to keep track of stuff whereas I might otherwise have several speciallized tracking apps that basically all do the same thing, but for different areas. I only have one minor gripe, and that is to add something like calculated stats. Where a stat is the result of one stat divided by the other. I also have the CarCare app from the same developer, and he is very responsive to feedback. So it wouldn't surprise me to find more types of stats in a forthcoming update.
Hands down, the best Stat tracking App I

There are a number of stat / sport realated Apps these days, but none come close to the flexibiliyt of GameTrac. I was looking for something to help my kids (ages 9-15) improve in the areas where THEY needed help. Most of the apps out there define what can be tracked for you. GameTrac allows you to create your own stats. I don't want an app that tells me what I have to track and then forces me to 'miss' half the game doing it!! Typically, there are one or two things I concentrate on with my kids each season...and that's all I want to track. With GameTrac I can track just what I want to share with them, enjoy the game...and as an added bonus, record the game outcomes so I have a history of season. It's very well designed, not overwhelming, my kids love it and if I want to track more in the future, I can add more as they progress. I have reviewd most of what's available, GameTrac is the obvious choice.
Quite useful for parents as well as athletes

I just got this app today, and while I haven't had a long time to use it, so far I think it's very well put together. The interface is well thought out, and the app runs well on any iDevice. There are a lot of powerful features built in as well that I haven't had time to take advantage of.
good interface
