-----------------------------------------------------------

Number 14 is a dynamic puzzle game where four random numbers between 1 and 9 are generated. You must combine the numbers using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division so that the result is 14.

For Example if the numbers were:

1, 4, 6, and 7

The solution would be 6 - 4, which is 2, times 7 times 1 getting a total of 14.

Number 14 includes great features such as a visually stunning and animated interface, and includes made features that just make sense.

For example, if you want a number back from the Display, all you do is tap the number. This is useful for storing intermediate results, where you otherwise might need parentheses if you were writing your solution on paper.

If you want to look at the problem from a different angle as you search for a solution, just shake you iPhone or iPodTouch and the numbers will rearrange themselves.

The game will also time you, so you can challenge yourself to improve your performance.

Version 1.1
Really a great game for keeping your math and problem solving skills on point. I've played the real-world compliment card game of this app and have always enjoyed it.

This version has very few downsides, namely that a fair number of the puzzles that pop up are extremely easy. However, there are lots of puzzles that will make you think for a good amount of time. Would definitely recommend the download.

Version 2.0
This game is a lot of fun. It is like a numerical version of Lexicon. The new version with the solutions makes it sometimes less frustrating but maybe too easy to "cheat". Some combinations, like 9 9 4 2, are very tricky. Overall this is a fabulous game and LOTS of fun. Very challenging. I like the time aspect. The new time trial mode in version 2.0 of this game is great and makes it very easy to compete with other people to see who is the best "14" player.
