Version 2.2.1
This app is deceptively named the same as a popular memory app for your laptop(ANKI). THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH YOUR ANKI DECKS! Be careful. There is a free way to get your real anki decks on your iPhone. Go to ichi2.net/anki instead of being cheated by this program!
Nice idea but slow -- freezes.

Title pretty much says it. Syncing with web works, but once your deck is setup and you've got the app running, it's too slow to really be useful -- takes multiple swipes and taps to move cards. Frustrating because its almost there.
Awesome flashcards app!!

Version 2.2
I searched through many different index and flashcard apps before finding this app. Best app for memorizing material. You can create a free online account to create decks with as many cards as you want or create them right from you iPhone. I would have given this app a 5 star, however it is a little slow transitioning from deck screen to flashcards. Thanks for the update...it would be nice to get landscape mode and the ability to transfer from iPhone to web. **Please update and I will update review.**
Get this if you value your time.

I've tried "iAnki - Concierge of Memory", StudyArcade, and Mental Case. The anki algorithm has been implemented in a very understated way so the program falls to the background as your studying takes center stage. You rate your knowledge of a card with a smile or a frown, and let ianki take care of spacing the repetition so that you don't forget. I've had no issues creating an account with ianki.com, and they have a very nice card-swapping service. If you are willing to lay down some cash, you can purchase quality card decks from them, but this is not required. Check it out with an open mind, and you might fall in love. As a student at Harvard University, my rigorous coursework demands that I become extremely selective toward the tools I use to accomplish my goals. If I were forced to choose only one application for my ipod, this is it. No hesitation.
