NOTE: Version 2.7 of Property Evaluator is compatible with iPhone OS 2 and above. If you have upgraded to iPhone OS 3 or above, you should check out the new Property Evaluator 3 app. It includes many powerful new features such as custom income and expense categories, emailing PDF files directly from the app, the ability to evaluate multi-unit and commercial properties, and more!



Note that version 3 is a separate app from version 2.7. I had to do this because version 3 was completely rewritten from the ground up, and it uses a new data format. I also wanted to keep version 2.7 available for people who are still running iPhone OS 2.
